I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2023
Interview
Recommendation for interviewees: recite mission/be visibly/audibly thrilled. I was not offered a role because I lacked visible/audible interest... When someone is willing to be vulnerable and share their own experience & struggles with mental health & our medical system -what more could you ask for, if not people who understand & come from the communities you wish to serve ? ...To say that someone lacks interest for such a benevolent cause is heartbreaking.
Everyone throughout the process was pleasant.. I went through an initial screening with the recruiter then was sent information to create a mock pitch for the service. I did as much exhaustive research as I could to ensure the presentation was well informed. This was not seen to convey my interest.
I was surprised that in the group interview/mock pitch there was only 2/3 questions about my work ethic or work history. My investment/preparation for this interview overshadowed the interview itself.
The entire interview is based more on their perception of your alignment with their values/mission.

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

Interview
The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Interview
Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
