I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Nov 2023
Interview
First round is the initial virtual call with recruiter. Next round is virtual call with Regional Director (involved 15ish minute 'mock sales pitch'/presentation; feedback provided as well -- to some this may stray candidates away, but totally understand why they do this from the hiring side)
Next round is another virtual call with VP of Outreach.
Overall, a seamless process. Even with as many rounds, it went quick. My recruiter was very communicative and explained the job role and next steps clearly; answered all the questions I had in a timely manner.

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

Interview
The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.
Very responsive, very supportive, and genuinely cares about your wants and needs when it comes to a job and cares about getting you to the finish line with an offer in hand!
