Chart Design Project Consultants interview questions

Had a near death experience on a small boat in a big storm in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Having survived that I finally; knowing that my job was a drain on the soul, that really I hated the whole corporate career treadmill, appraisals - box ticking to get numbers, pretending that i care about making shareholders rich while watching my life float past arguing with someone that really they should do that, why? cause it's your **** job!!, found the push needed to go it alone. I'm good at what I do, I want to do good work, but I want to do it on my terms and for people that actually appreciate it. So, quit my job. Phoned accountant, set up company and there you go I was now my own boss - funny mind appraisals are still the dogs *** (but not in a good way)
