Want to know about customer service skills. Follow up skills with customers. The bank also wants to know that you put customer service and clients first. Before commission. The bank wants to know that you will do the right thing for clients and they you are decent at arithmetic. They ask about a situation where you had to deliver bad news. A situation where you had to make a decision that went against your managers decision and how you handle conflicting priorities
Easy interviews (about 3), takes about 4 weeks. I would say it is about as corporate as you can get, typical interview questions everyone learns to answer in college. The process is easy and HR is helpful, requires fingerprint/background/drug test.
