I applied online. I interviewed at Chase (Houston, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview process was detailed and interviewer was very thorough. They have a great insurance plan and you are able to improve yourself and grow in the company. Make sure you are on time for your interview, they are really prompt. Chase is customer based and cares for their customers.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
