Applied on the company website and was contacted by HR about a month later for an initial phone screen. Standard questions about my resume, work experience, proficiency with excel and powerpoint, ability to analyze and extrapolate data, and motivation for leaving current job. The person I spoke with was professional but didn't provide much feedback to my responses, so I didn't know how I was doing. The phone screen lasted 15-20 minutes.
1-2 weeks later, I was invited to a round of video interviews with the hiring manager and another manager on a different team. 30 minutes each, back to back. Mostly behavioral and situational questions. Technical questions came in the form of deeply explaining my prior financial modeling experience.
Final round interview with the hiring manager's manager about a week later. Mostly behavioral and strategic fit questions.
