Chegworth Valley interview questions

Terrible company. The interviewer was 20 minutes late and when he finally arrived he was struggling to think of questions to ask me, it was shocking. He barely asked me anything and I was put at such a disadvantage due to their unprofessionalism. I tried to stay professional and positive, but inside I was appalled. They laughed at me when I asked what the salary was and they replied “we don’t advertise the salary to entice people in”. The salary was insulting and I left there feeling like the company really wasted my time and energy after a non existent “interview”. They told me they’d let me know within 4 days, but numerous weeks later and still no communication. It’s sad that companies treat people this way. Luckily I’ve accepted another job at an incredible company which I’m so happy about. I feel bad for the individual who ends up working here! Stay clear, you won’t be treated well at all.
