The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at ChemRoutes (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
The manager gave me a call at 10:30pm, when you follow up with them, they asked you to call them for the second interview.
They asked for references, however your references need to send reference letter to them.It seems that you are going to apply for a postdoc position .
I truly not recommend even apply for this company. I heard lots cons working at this company, but now I do believe in it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ChemRoutes (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2013
Interview
Two step interview was done. Firstly the CEO gave a phone call. Then onsite interview was done in front of two senior research associates and one management personnel. Most questions were my thesis work related. Some of the questions were from general chemistry. Some general questions were also asked, e.g., 'where do you see yourself in 10 years?'
