Chessington Garden Centre interview questions

The interview itself was absolutely fine, the interviewers were friendly and the interview was very conversational, rather than interrogative. However, I was later offered a job elsewhere, and emailed Chessington to inform me. There was only one email address listed on the site, and I did not get a reply (it had been a week since the interview and I was yet to hear back anyway). Almost a month later and there has been no response, which I think is incredibly rude, considering I came out for an interview.
