I got the interview via a school job fair. They had 3 separate interviewers there asking us quick questions about our background and resumes that we were handing to them. They also asked us which field in particular we'd like to work. Great experience overall.

I had a two person interview team. STAR method used for questions. Low stress and inviting environment during interview. Explained process of decision making after the interview. Candidates will be evaluated after interview and will receive a response if chosen or not chosen.

Friendly HR and panel. They will make you feel comfortable before interview proper. A good balance of behavioral/ situational and technical questions were asked, and nothing too hard. I already saw myself working their immediately after the interview because of the culture and interactions with the people.
