Interview
Recruited through college career fair. Liked the process and treated prospective employees well, and I have see bad interviews before.
Did interview in school and next interview on the job site.
On site interview was half a day where you meet several managers and supervisors from different groups, they incorporated breakfast and lunch with the interview where you go with different groups of people. You get a guide who is with you through all the meetings for the day.

Interview
I got the Interview through the Engineering Career fair at my school. I talked to them at the fair and they called me same day evening to schedule an interview for the next day. Two weeks after the on-campus interview they contacted me for an onsite interview which lasted for two days. Both of the interviews were typical behavioral questions, just trying to see how well you work with people.
