I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Cheyyar Sez Developers (Bargūr) in Dec 2021
Interview
Irrespective of qualification and designation, all the candidates were interviewed in an open conference hall like setup. It's not at all a problem, but I witnessed one of the most disturbing visuals during the day of my interview. One Interviewer loudly scolded a girl (presumably fresher) that how these people completed a degree without any knowledge. The girl was visibly uncomfortable. 1st) a fresher is already nervous about his/her interview (2nd) even if they don't know about anything you have asked, that doesn't mean they don't no ANYTHING. (3rd) Interviewees are coming for a new job option, not for LIFE. The tone of interviewer are commanding for no reason, the way they treat interviewees is disrespectful.

Question 1
In the first round, I impressed the interviewers for sure and I moved on to next level (as informed by them) to meet an higher official in their main office along with 2 fellow women interviewees. But for unknown reasons, I was again asked to attend another interview for Admin role (but the invited me for PUBLIC RELATIONS SENIOR MANAGER role). The interviewer asked questions which I replied. But he rejected my answers claiming that they are not textbook answers. I admit that I have few misses here and there. But the way he asked questions seems like he doesn't want me to succeed and his (along with another person, by the way why he was there is a million dollar question - he doesn't even acknowledged my gesture "good morning") - finally I was not informed that I have selected or rejected. Above all I am already an working official for an even more established organization. So their behaviour Isn't a concern for me. But for others?
