A two process interview and the interview is grouped then you meet individually. You do need to to engage in some type of way in the meetings because you will be having to get people attention if you get the job

Big group setting, make sure to stand out! After that you are able to talk to the hiring manager one on one. Neat looking office and the employees seem to be nice people.
Straightforward and to the point. Went through a one on one initially, and then a group setting interview for the second round. The third round was a sit down in office to finalize the offer letter and to answer any other questions I had about the position.
