It was nice the people seem nice in the interview over phone. Everything is online for training and the videos can be lengthy but overall it was okay because you get certified

I first had a phone interview with the HR manager who is very easy to talk to and has experience as a Behavior Technician. The Video Interview was easy and relaxed, we actually used Face Time. Questions were standard mostly about past work experience. I know now that this position has a lot of turnover since it's a stressful job. The only way to know if you're a good fit is to actually do the job so as long as you have a clean background then you will qualify for the job.
