      Lead Preschool Teacher Interview

      Nov 22, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Pensacola, FL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Childcare Network (Pensacola, FL) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Job fare interview where one of the center directors lead the process. I knew immediately I wouldn't be hired because when she talked about salary, she said that she doesn't like people with masters degrees because either they think they're worth too much or they're selling themselves short! I was quite taken aback with her attitude and her presuming to know my motivation and judging me based on the fact that I'm educated.
