First step: Interviewed with the current CD. Very pleasant to speak with and sounded like a great person to have the baton to be passed from.
Second step: trial task completion
Third step: meeting to discuss trial task
Fourth step: was to meet CEO face to face. covid made it difficult for him to return to meet, I was asked to wait a month. Meeting never happened then to find out none of the final 2 candidates were met or hired. Role went to someone else.
Process took over 3 months from initial contact. Waste of time and effort.
