China Construction Development (Malaysia) interview questions

I applied online and the HR called me. I went to the interview and submit many documents like IC, job applications that required so many personal questions. After 1 week, I email and call them about my interview status, I really want to know I have been selected for this role or not. However, they did not reply to my email and call also. This is quite rude since reply an email to the applicant is very easy even they are not being selected. After 1 month, the company has a job advertisement for this role Purchaser. So, I really don't understand
