The initial screening took a long time in terms of communication and responses. When I was finally offered in person interview, it was chaotic and I needed more answers after their each of their responses. The head of Elementary eventually started sounding frustrated. It looked like the benefits were as little as paying for the visa process myself and receding 10 days of paid vacation. It turned out that the benefits are low, because the salary was way lower than the average one for an international teacher. At the end they said that the payment bracket for non-core subjects was such and they had to ask their president for a little higher than what they offered. I couldn't even think about asking for much more, eventually I asked for about 1% more, I didn't get a response in a few days and decided to decline the offer.
