They interviewed me once with the PR department and the final interview was with the team I would be working with. Both people were very nice and helpful, and complimented my resume and answers. The biggest con is that they never contacted me if I got the position or not. I would've liked the respect of being able to know after getting to the final interview. I had emailed them following up asking for an update kindly and was left on delivered. Felt very disrespectful.

I applied on linkedin and was accepted for an interview via email. The interview process was a zoom meeting with a hiring manager. She appreciated that I had researched the brand thoroughly for the interview, however the position required credit from a university.

Interview
Interview was great and the HR team was very down to earth. Very conversational, the HR associate made me feel super comfortable. Met with HR Associate then HR Director and was hired on the spot.

Question 1
They asked typical questions like "Why Louboutin?" "strength/weakness" "can you walk me through your resume?" simple questions and they really listen to you and then go into describing the position your applying for. Very structured intern program also! events and intern lunches which are awesome.
