Why did I have an interest in their particular firm?

I appreciated the interview was as much about me being a culture fit as my experience. My resume speaks for itself and with my level of senior management experience I was looking for a position that would be the right fit and it was clear they were, too. I appreciated not being bogged down with having to recite my resume but given the opportunity to explore how I work, what environment I thrive in, how I manage and lead and how they do those things and where we agreed to create a job I would thrive in.
