Interview
Submitted my application online and the follow up process was fast and efficient. Went for an interview in early 2020 and was recognized for my skillsets and experience. HR's part on the interview was direct and the next interview was with the Director himself.
Was briefed about the challenges that I might encounter and how the management will always do their best to assist in daily operations. Director is a man of wisdom and very knowledgeable in the printing industry. Sitting through the interview was a very good experience as we both shared alot of our views on different issues.

Interview
Overall interview was okay,I have talked to the hiring manager and head of department. I was told that the workload is a lot and need to do overtime almost everyday (without extra OT pay). Most important thing, the pay they offered is really low for the workload and the staff's benefit given is really pathetic.
