I dropped a resume and they gave me a blank application. I filled it out and gave it to the manager. Got called 2 - 3 weeks later. I had to the headquarters to take a test. It was a very LONG process. A woman conducted an interview there, then I went to the store. Manager interviewed me. Interview was inside the store at the eating tables. 30 minute interview.
