Interview
Easy going and fun interview. The interview was with two managers and as long as you are enthusiastic and talk about your interaction with customers. Describe a very personable time you worked with achieve their needs. My example was a customer who asked for cosmetic products without cancergins as a Cosmetic Advisor for Walgreen's . I picked a few lines (Neutrogena, Loreal, and Cover Girl), ran through the list of ingredients, and found that Loreal was the perfect fit for the customer's needs.

Tell me about yourself.
Describe how you have helped customers in the past.
Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
