Expect anywhere from 3-5 interviews, starting with a phone call with HR, to an on-site plant location interview. Past that it is all meeting virtually with upper-level corporate positions. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and very success driven, the program is aiming to put you not just in an entry level sales role but managing a plant.
