I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Westland, MI) in Aug 2016
Interview
The hiring process is over a month long and they drag their feet the whole time. They constantly made me feel like they were too good of a company to hire certain types of people. The HR department was always really nice and so was the manager. I did a ride along with an employee and that was a little awkward, then I interviewed with the VP and he never looked at my resume nor did he come prepared.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should I hire you?
Where you see yourself in 5 years?
Why CINTAS?
They ask a lot of questions regarding company history
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
