I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Portland, OR) in Feb 2018
Interview
4 interviews in total plus 1 tryout date. I did 2 interviews before I did the tryout date. All seemed to go well that is until the last interview with the GM where I could tell he was not all that impressed with me to begin with. Usually, when you pass the interviews and make it onto the last one it's up to that last person to decide whether they want you or not. Which leads me to believe since I could tell he didn't like me, he ultimately made the decision to say no. One thing I noticed was there was that it was really male dominated, unsurprisingly, so I wouldn't at all be surprised if one of the reasons he said no was because of my gender
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Jersey Village, Harris, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Quick and easy. Straight to the point in what you can do. Job Is easy to understand from front to back. The management is easy to talk to and they process you faster than any where else. But common sense isn't a strong suit.
basic phone interview first and then in person interview and a tour of the facilities, very straightforward on what is expected and what the company provides. Make sure to ask plenty of questions

Interview
I had an over the phone interview, 1st interview and then a field day, 2nd interview and final interview. I met with many people and while it was lengthy it was condensed into a few trips. Everyone was very friendly and informative about the role.
