I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2019
Interview
I am completely shocked how unprofessional my candidate experience ended with Cintas. First, I was contacted directly on LinkedIn by the hiring manager himself to see if I was interested in a sales job, alongside of the recruiter for the job. I never formally applied - they reached out to me. I had a phone call with the recruiter first, that went well - so the next step was an in person meeting with the hiring manager whom was the first person to reach out to me. The meeting went really well and was over an hour, he explained next steps which would be a ride along with one of his experience team members and after that if I liked how the day went we would then schedule an in person meeting with a panel of interviewers. I sent him a thank you note same day thanking him for his time, and follow up a couple days later - never heard back from him. I proceeded to follow up via email 3-4 times after I still had not heard from him. Still never heard back. A week and a half goes by and I still had not heard back from anyone, then on a Sunday I receive a generic closure letter via email. I proceed to give the hiring manager a call direct to his personal cell to make sure there wasn't a mix up as he had told me we were moving forward for this ride along - left him a message - never heard back. I find this very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I can understand if I am not the right fit for the role but to tell me I am moving forward and then completely ghost and never respond back?? I can't imagine how he manages his employee's. I am submitting this review to give other candidates in the Omaha, NE area a heads up that this occurred - if this is how they handle their interview process with their headhunted candidates - how are they going to treat you as an employee??

Question 1
Describe how you would handle an unsatisfied customer.
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
