I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Aug 2019
Interview
Phone interview went fine just standard questions about my experience. The interview in person however was brutal, they had a whole packet of hypothetical questions and the entire time the lady was staring at me like every single thing I said was the dumbest thing she ever heard. It was incredibly length and none of the questions really captured my skills and experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you didn't have all of the resources you needed for a project
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
