I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas in Jun 2010
Interview
Was called by a recruiter who conducted an extensive phone screen that had situational questions. Was told that I would receive a call back within the next two weeks if I match their qualifications--got a call back in a couple days and was scheduled for an interview which I was told would last 3 hours. When I got there, I was greeted by the recruiter who called me, who talked to me about any questions that I had and then gave me a tour of the facility--he explained that all associates coming on board would have to go through a 3 week training where I would work in all capacities. After the tour I met with two general managers separately. Both asked situational and behavioral questions--"tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation in a team" " tell me about a time that you made a mistake and how did you handle it" and questions similar to that. It was long and the questions became very similar.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a difficult situation with a team?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2026
Interview
Absolutely poor interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter at Cintas in early March. I had a phone screening for 15 minutes that went well with her, and she moved me forward in the process. I ended up having FOUR interviews that were ONE HOUR each. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them. No phone call, no email, no text. Nothing. Fast forward to April, and I get a message from another recruiter asking me to apply and interview for the exact same position (HR Manager - Salt Lake City) that I had interviewed for before!
It makes me question whether or not their HR Manager opening in Salt Lake City is even real or not. Or if they intend to hire anyone for it. I am sure there were many other candidates that were as qualified, or even more qualified than I was for the position, and I would be willing to be they got the same treatment that I did!
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Langley, BC) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had a scheduled phone interview where the interviewer called approximately 15 minutes late without acknowledging the delay. About 15 minutes into the conversation, the call disconnected. I attempted to call back immediately, but it went straight to voicemail and there was no follow-up. While technical issues can happen, the overall candidate experience felt disorganized.

Long interview process took 2 months to get through all interviews. I had a total of 6 interviews. First was a phone screening, second was on teams, 3rd was onsite, and 2 more over teams.
