I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Was referred by current employee. Passed phone interview,. The in person interview was strange: felt immediately that interviewer had made up his mind based on my age - he was about 25 years younger, spoke mostly about his college frat experiences, and kept looking at his watch / not listening to my responses. Wasn’t surprised at lack of offer and have now heard that is a good old boy network of young guys and questionable sales practices (at this site at least), so I’m OK with the outcome.

Question 1
“Tell me about a time you made a mistake that no one would know about.” I originally thought it was a good question about integrity but looking at customer reviews now wonder if they’re looking for people who are willing to lie to customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to be creative to solve a problem?
You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Central Islip, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
