I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas in Oct 2014
Interview
First interview was a Phone screening. After that there are 3-4 interviews with managers from different departments that go through behavioral type questions (tell me about a time when...etc). Next is an Interview with the General Manager. Final Interview is with regional VP. Fairly extensive, in-depth process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Greensboro, NC) in Apr 2022
Interview
Not the hardest interview, would recommend doing some research on the company prior. Have a list of accomplishments and goals with you, the interview can be short or long depending on the manager/HR rep.
process was long and not worth it. I would recommend taking a different career route. Lots of hours work and very early mornings to late nights. They mentioned working for more than 12 hours on some days
