Multiple phone calls. Gave a technical assessment. Phone call after to discuss same things again and again. Overall not a very organised process and sometimes vague. It is a startup so expect some unorganised interviews.

Interview

First there is an assessment test then there will be an interview . That will be a core technical interview. But after there is laid back attitude from HR and interview guys. They don't even inform that shortlisting is done or not. Highly irresponsible attitude of cipher company guys and had worst experience ever .
