Circle Health Group interview questions

I was supposed to be interviewed this week via zoom i booked time off for it. The night before the interview I recieved a message saying could they cancel and rearrange the interview to the following day. I said yes but that i couldnt book time off at short notice so had to do the interview on my lunch. They thanked me. I then logged in on the day/time agreed, but no one logged in to so the interview. I ended up missing my whole lunch break. Contacted the person who rearranged the interview got no reponse untill hours later when they apologised saying they couldnt discuss why they did a no show due to confidentiality reasons. Then offered me another interview on another day/time i was working for another hour after the interview time. I wasnt booking any more time off for this and felt they should show some flexibility now and interview me after I finish work. But no they wouldnt. Well its a new one for me the interviewer not showing up for the interview.

Open discussion regarding the role, expectaton, open questions and clinical test. The team made me feel comfortable during the process and even though it was a formal process, they were very relaxed.
