two stage - one to submit a home assignment which was straightforward and another 1 hour interview being grilled on 2005 technologies - they use remarkably impressive technologies like "databases" and "c++". At the end of the process I decided not to proceed as they reported that they wanted to wait to see if someone better turned up by way of interview.
