There was no interview. I was contacted and asked to book a time slot. I booked one, and they never called me. Emailed the recruiter back and he never responded. Just straight up ghosted right after initial contact

I Was contacted by a recruiter and screened as a potential candidate. Next was the Cision HR screening interview and I was screened in. I was told that I would receive an interview invite the following week. I was then interviewed by the Hiring Manager. This is where it gets interesting: after I was told I was a good fit, a series of last minute interviews were organised (finished one interview, then get a call from the recruiter telling me they wanted to add another ect) after 6 interviews (including the recruiter screen) and being told that I would be meeting (in person this time) with the hiring manager everything stopped. I was then informed that since HR had filtered out all the other candidates, they went to another recruiting source, fast tracked a candidate then made an offer to this candidate. Note to Cison: The company culture is not only experienced by employees, but by temp workers, contractors, and yes, interview candidates. Changing the rules that far into an interview process says a lot of the culture (and nothing positive)
