Applied online and received notification of a first round phone screen 4 days later. The first round interview was four brainteasers. Questions were hard and really tested abilities in mathematics. Was not expecting this level of technicality in math at an investments position

Interview
The interview was very technical, through a phone. The interviewer asked questions to evaluate my knowledge about statistics, probability and programming skills. The programming part was conducted through Coder Pad, a web based program that allows the interviewer and the interviewee to code on a shared screen.

The interviewer asked questions about statistics and programming. Precisely, he provided a probability questions about rolling a dice and an algorithm when to buy and sell.

I applied through handshake from my university. The screening process took about 2 weeks. It's a Campus interview. 1:1. about 45 min. Then I proceed to the superday. It's on-site interview.
