Had a focused phone interview with a Citadel recruiter discussing my background, interest in markets, problem-solving skills, and fit for the analyst role. Brief but engaging conversation about next steps.
Quite straightforward.
Had the round with HR but got rejected after that.
It was pretty interesting and I could see that they operate with efficiency and really look for the best talent.
