I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citadel (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
After a brief talk on job fair(about C++), I got the chance for an onsite interview. Everyone in the team interviewed me during the onsite interview, ending with the team manager and HR. The environment was positive, although questions were hard.

First round on a simple coding question with some basic CS questions on top of it and also asked many CV questions and motivations
Did not proceed after this round
OA then phone interview, discussed about experience, coding rounds, and some open ended questions afterwards. The last 5 - 10 mins was for interviewee to ask questions back. Didn't pass this round :(
I had an HR screen where they asked about my experience at my previous company and to prepare for C++ to talk with the hiring manager. They asked about why I got laid off at my previous company.
