I got an phone initial interview after 3 days applying on their website. Then 2nd interview with 2 interviewers and a test about derivatives and P&L. Its been a month since my test and i have not heard any updates. Maybe i fail

Friendly and nice person.
I got a cup of water when I was doing the test.
The test was not hard, mostly financial questions about Derivatives.
The interview took about 80 minutes. And the office environment was very good.

Phone interview with a few questions. Totally run the resume you have submitted. And questions like how do you know citco, why are you interested in the job. What kind of person are you.
