Had 1 hr video interview with recruiting manager based out of India. She shared more about the role, expectation and their culture. However, it seems like she is not open to certain ways of doing candidate sourcing which gave me an impression that their people are not open to ways of doing things in a new or advanced way.

Interview
The interview process was two rounds. I spoke with two employees and it went well. Unfortunately it didn't work out even though I got an offer. The offer was rescinded due to role changes but the communication was poor.

Interview
It was just a round of interview. Looking for candidates who can sit back late and can work for late hours; Even should be ready to work on weekends. The Interviewers were not sure of what kind of questions are to be targeted.. ,
