They use HireVue so you have to record yourself answering questions. The hiring manager reviews and then if they want to move forward they will schedule an interview in person.
Three-step interview. Met with the manager for the role, then advance to stage two for a knowledge test. once passed, interviewed with the director and asked them questions about company culture and room for growth/advancement
