Interview comes with two parts first you receive a zoom call from a recruiter. Based on you answers you should receive invitation for a second part directly with you future house you will be assigned to. Part one : 1.Tell me about yourself why do you think you would be a good fit 2. How do you maintain someone’s dignity and personal care 3. How would you support someone in crisis 4. Telle me about a time you had to support someone or look after someone 5 . Scenario question what would you do if you come first day for a shift , manager disappears and one of your service (non verbal) is trying to get something from you but you don’t understand he is getting frustrated and aggressive . Some scenarios question were bit difficult
