Casual interview, basic straightforward questions (i.e. why do you want this job, what skills do you have that apply to this job) and some situational questions as well (i.e. tell me about a time you used good problem-solving skills). The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, rather than treating the interview like an interrogation.

Interview
Got a phone call and they went through some of the parts of the job and asked you some questions. They called back the next day and arranged an interview for the same week. Was emailed some information about some of the stops on the tour to learn and "give a tour" at the interview. Interview lasted about 20 minutes.
