I did a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer did a good job of setting up the interview and took notes on a computer as I talked. They asked a lot of questions about what I thought of the job description.
initial 30 minute phone interview, then a virtual interview with a panel of city year staff. I didn't make it past that point but I believe there is one more interview after that followed by reference and background checks.
Applied online and heard nothing back. Was disappointing considering I am very qualified and have plenty of City Year experience. To not even get an acknowledgement or an email back speaks volumes.

Interview
The first round is an interview, then an in person, followed by a round table panel, then a 1-1 with the executive director. This seems intensive, but it also allows you the opportunity to really make sure the fit of the role is correct.
