Interview
After applying for the position, I was contacted via email, where I scheduled a 30-minute Google Meet phone/video screen. The recruiter was pleasant enough and it was a nice conversation; however, I did find it odd that he was very casually dressed and somewhat unkempt. I left feeling as though I would at least receive some type of response either way, especially since he indicated I would hear from him by the following Monday. This was nearly a month ago, and I never heard anything further.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Claritas Rx in Sep 2024
Interview
The phone interview itself felt more like an interrogation about my past work experience with the recruiter looking disheveled on cam. After about 10mins, the recruiter told me straight up that this job isn't right for me because it requires expert level knowledge of Excel and mine was intermediate. Why even interview me at that point if all my other experience is irrelevant to the role?! Had to wait a week for an interview, only to get rejected during it.
This entry level job expects expert level knowledge with entry level pay.
To the recruiter: You're completely correct. This job is definitely not for me.
