I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Clark Nuber
Interview
It was overall a smooth process, got recruited at campus recruiting event, was offered a time to speak with recuiter, then moved to talk to hiring manager, with behavioral questions
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clark Nuber in Sep 2011
Interview
I applied through my University's career website. Besides submitting a resume and cover letter I was required to write a one-page essay. I was interviewed by two interviewers, who were nice and easy to converse with. Overall I felt great about the interview, but unfortunately received a form rejection letter one week later. I received no feedback whatsoever, so overall I felt the effort and time I spent was a complete waste.
I applied online. I interviewed at Clark Nuber (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Make an application online, or discuss with HR through Linkin. then make an appointment with HR through email. After the first round interview, wait for the email for the second or third round interview.
I applied on their website and a few days later I received an email to schedule a video interview. I was asked quite a few questions, some were about what kind of work environment I like, what kind of supervisor I would prefer, why I'm choosing this position and this company. I was told they would get back to me if they wanted to do a second round interviews which consist of interviewing with 3 other people. I never got an email back from them even after following up with them.
