They asked a lot of questions about how much I know about the company and what stood out about them online. But the process was just one 25 minute interview, they were about 15 minutes late, I just stood and waited in the shop for them. They lied online about how the wage would be negotiable as they told me it was minimum wage despite most people who are applying for this have 1 or 2 degrees. They lied about it being a remote interview process, they asked me to come in. They then told me it was a 6 day week amounting to 54 hours which is totally unnecessary and illegal since theres no offer of overtime pay. They also expect me to use my own equipment and drive to different farms and customers houses to shoot content but again no mention of paying for fuel costs. Really bad experience. They want to work you to the bone, take everything from you and you get minimum wage in return.
