1st is HR basic interview then you meet more and more people as the process goes on - 1st process is where they confirm the basics as in notice period, salary and all, plus, also see if you are good fit - then you move on to other team managers in the end they ghost you, I went far in the interview process, for someone who went to final round, I should have gotten an update - they went silent and didn't even reply to my follow up email. they seemed nice but not very after the ghosting part
