Went through 4 interviews starting with recruiter, BA, Dir IT, Admin VP. Was not expecting there would be another interview nor who it was with. Overall I was more than qualified for the role but was told I was not a fit after the final one. The pay range was not great but most importantly I feel like a dodged a bullet.
