Observation/Second Interview- also very thorough, you get to see the day-to-day/office culture first hand before committing. This day definitely solidified that the work was a good fit for my needs

The first round of the interview was conducted over zoom. The questions were about my background and why I chose to apply. The second and final round was an observation day where I canvased with them for a full day.

Submitted Resume and answered some questions on environmental issues. Application was completed all online. Was then contacted for a phone interview . The phone interview was brief, primarily to gauge interest, and next step was field interview ( which is essentially shadowing current community organizers).
